Information stored on your device
The game stores progress, currency balances, owned and equipped items, achievements, discoveries, settings, and any active expedition locally on your device. This information is used to save and resume the game. The Unwritten Sea does not require an account, and Mirza does not receive this local save data.
Depending on your Android and Google account settings, Android's backup service may back up and restore some app data. You can control backup through your device or account settings.
Advertising
The Unwritten Sea uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements and carefully limited interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
The declared audience includes teenagers aged 13–15 and the game has no age gate. The game therefore applies Google's restricted under-age-of-consent treatment to all ad requests and limits ad content to a teen-appropriate rating. Google's User Messaging Platform checks the applicable privacy status before ads are requested. If a privacy-options control is required and available, the game provides a way to review those choices. The complete game remains playable when an ad is unavailable or declined.

Purchases
The game offers optional one-time digital purchases processed by Google Play. Mirza does not receive your full payment-card details. Google may process purchase, account, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and privacy policy. The game stores currency balances, purchase entitlements, and a limited record of processed purchase tokens locally to prevent duplicate grants and restore eligible purchases.
Website data
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, accounts, or contact forms. Its hosting provider may temporarily process standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and request details, for security and reliable delivery.
Children
The Unwritten Sea is intended for teenagers and adults and is not directed to children under 13. The game has no account, chat, user-generated content, or direct collection form. Advertising requests use the restricted treatment described above because some intended teenage users may be below the age of consent in their country.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you reset local progress, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the game, subject to Android backup behavior. Information processed by Google is subject to Google's retention and deletion practices. Because the game has no Mirza-operated account or cloud profile, there is no remote game account for Mirza to retrieve or delete.

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the game and its integrations, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
